I appreciate your checking into it, but it's not really going to do much good at this point. If he was too busy to ship my product then he should have just told me to go elsewhere in the first place. I would have been much happier with that response than with bad service and missed expectations after the fact. This seems to be all too common these days. The ONLY place that I've never personally had problems with related to Z parts is Avalon Racing and Courtesy Nissan.
